This study is looking into how bowel cancer spreads to other parts of the body. We want to see if it spreads through blood vessels more often than through gland-like structures called lymph nodes. This could help us decide on better treatments for patients.

This study aims to improve how MRI scans identify early bowel cancer. By training doctors to spot these cancers better, more patients could have a simpler local procedure, avoiding major surgery and helping them keep their bowel.
