Capivasertib + CDK4/6i + Fulvestrant for Advanced/Metastatic HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer (CAPItello-292)
This study looks at a new combination treatment for advanced breast cancer that's hormone-positive and HER2-negative. It combines a new drug called capivasertib with existing treatments to see if it works better at slowing down the cancer's growth.

Capivasertib+Fulvestrant vs Placebo+Fulvestrant as Treatment for Locally Advanced (Inoperable) or Metastatic HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer
This study is looking at a new combination of medicines, capivasertib and fulvestrant, for women and men with a specific type of advanced breast cancer. It compares this combination to fulvestrant plus a dummy drug to see if it works better.
