A Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Induction Therapy With Afimkibart (RO7790121) in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Crohn's Disease
This study is testing a new medicine, Afimkibart, for people with moderate to severe Crohn's disease. We want to see if it helps reduce symptoms and if it's safe to use. Half the people will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy medicine.
