Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan-hziy and Pembrolizumab Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice and Pembrolizumab in Patients With Previously Untreated, Locally Advanced Inoperable or Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

This study is for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (PD-L1 positive triple-negative) that hasn't been treated yet. It compares two different drug combinations to see which one works better at stopping the cancer from growing.
