Effect of PXS-4728A on Microglia Activation in Participants With Isolated Rapid Eye Movement Sleep Behaviour Disorder
This study is testing a new medicine called PXS-4728A for people aged 50 to 80 with a sleep disorder called REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (iRBD). Researchers want to see if it's safe and if it helps by calming down brain inflammation. Some people will get the medicine, others a dummy drug.
