Hypoxic ventilatory response (HVR): Effect of Esketamine
This study looks at how a medicine called esketamine affects breathing when there's not much oxygen. It's for healthy volunteers and will help us understand the drug's effects on the body, including any side effects and how much stays in the blood.

(ROAR) Reversal of opioid-induced respiratory depression with opioid antagonists - a pharmacokinetic pharmacodynamic modeling study in opioid naïve individuals and chronic opioid users under real-life conditions
This study looks at how medicines called opioid antagonists can reverse breathing problems caused by strong painkillers (opioids). We're testing these medicines in healthy people and those who use opioids, to understand how quickly and effectively they work to help breathing.
