A Study of Amivantamab and mFOLFOX6 or FOLFIRI Versus Cetuximab and mFOLFOX6 or FOLFIRI as First-line Treatment in Participants With KRAS/NRAS and BRAF Wild-type Unresectable or Metastatic Left-sided Colorectal Cancer
This study compares two treatments for advanced left-sided bowel cancer that hasn't spread. It looks at how long people stay disease-free when given a new drug called amivantamab with chemotherapy, versus a standard drug called cetuximab with chemotherapy.
