Mechanisms of Myocardial Injury and Ischemia in Patients With Rapid Atrial Fibrillation
This study looks at people with a very fast and irregular heartbeat (called atrial fibrillation). We want to understand if heart damage in these patients is linked to blocked heart arteries, and if signs of not enough oxygen to the heart are linked to heart attacks seen on scans.

Risk Characterization of Non-culprit Vessels in Patients Undergoing Primary PCI for ST-elevation MI in Multivessel Disease
This study aims to improve how doctors treat heart attack patients who have blockages in more than one heart artery. It's looking for better ways to decide which blockages need immediate treatment to prevent future heart problems and which can be managed with medicines.
