A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Pumitamig in Combination With Chemotherapy Versus Bevacizumab in Combination With Chemotherapy in Participants With Previously Untreated, Unresectable, or Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment called pumitamig, combined with chemotherapy, for people with advanced bowel cancer that hasn't been treated before. It's being compared to a standard treatment, bevacizumab with chemotherapy, to see which is safer and more effective.

A Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Targeted Therapies in Subpopulations of Patients With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (INTRINSIC)
This study looks at new treatments for bowel cancer that has spread. We want to see if these targeted medicines or immunotherapy are safe and work well for people whose cancer has specific genetic features, which we call biomarkers.
