A phase I/II trial of D,L-MEthadone and mFOLFOX6 in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer (MEFOX)
This study is testing a new combination of treatments for advanced bowel cancer. It's looking at whether adding a drug called D,L-methadone to standard chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6) can help control the cancer, and how safe it is.

A Randomized, Multi-center, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Phase 3 Study of Bemarituzumab plus Chemotherapy versus Placebo plus Chemotherapy in Subjects with Previously Untreated Advanced Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer with FGFR2b Overexpression FORTITUDE-101)
This study looks at a new drug, bemarituzumab, for advanced stomach or gullet cancer that hasn't been treated before. It aims to see if adding bemarituzumab to standard chemotherapy helps people live longer and improves their quality of life compared to chemotherapy alone.

A Study to Compare Zolbetuximab (IMAB362) and Chemotherapy With Placebo and Chemotherapy in Adults With Gastric Cancer.
This study looks at a new medicine called zolbetuximab, combined with chemotherapy, for adults with advanced stomach cancer. It aims to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone to stop the cancer from getting worse.

A randomized Phase 2 Study of ompenaclid versus placebo in combination with FOLFIRI plus bevacizumab in patients with previously treated RAS mutant advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer
This study is testing a new medicine, ompenaclid, for people with advanced bowel cancer that has a specific genetic change called a RAS mutation. It compares ompenaclid with a dummy pill when added to standard chemotherapy and another drug to see if it helps shrink tumours.

Efficacy of the use of neoadjuvant with/without hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced colon cancer: A phase III multi-arm, randomized and controlled clinical trial (FOXHIPECT4)
This study is testing different ways to treat advanced colon or upper rectal cancer. It looks at adding a special heated chemotherapy wash to standard treatment during surgery to see if it helps people live longer without the cancer coming back. The aim is to find the best treatment.

A biomarker enrichment trial of anti-EGFR agents in patients with advanced colorectal cancer (aCRC) with wild-type RAS and right primary tumour location (right-PTL) - ARIEL-ENGIC trial
This study looks at new ways to treat advanced bowel cancer that has specific genetic features. Researchers want to see if combining existing treatments can shrink tumours early and help people live longer, while also improving their quality of life.

This study looks at new treatments for advanced stomach or gastro-oesophageal junction cancer that has grown despite earlier chemotherapy. We're testing if adding two new drugs, domvanalimab and zimberelimab, to standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
