Study Evaluating mCRPC Treatment Using PSMA [Lu-177]-PNT2002 Therapy After Second-line Hormonal Treatment

This study looks at a new treatment, [Lu-177]-PNT2002, for advanced prostate cancer that has spread and isn't responding to standard hormone therapy. It compares this new treatment with existing hormone therapies to see if it can slow down cancer growth.
