A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called PF-07328948 in Adults With Heart Failure (BRANCH-HF)

This study is testing a new medicine, PF-07328948, for adults with heart failure. We want to see if it's safe and helps improve symptoms when taken alongside existing treatments. Volunteers will take the medicine or a dummy pill for 36 weeks.
