A randomised double-blind placebo-controlled clinical study investigating the effects of semaglutide s.c. once-weekly versus placebo on central and peripheral inflammation in participants with Alzheimer’s disease.
This study is looking at how a drug called Ozempic might affect inflammation in the brain and body of people with early Alzheimer's disease. We want to see if it changes certain markers in their blood and spinal fluid. It's a phase 3 trial, comparing Ozempic to a dummy drug.

This study looks at whether certain weight-loss medications (Wegovy, Ozempic) can help people with a condition called Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH). Researchers want to see if losing weight quickly with these medicines can improve brain pressure and other symptoms over 8 weeks and then 10 months.

An open-label, single-center, non-controlled pilot clinical trial to assess the efficacy of weekly semaglutide in combination with regular counselling sessions to reduce craving and use of chemsex associated drugs (CoSem4Chemsex) study.
This study is looking at whether a weekly injection called semaglutide, combined with counselling, can help people reduce their cravings and use of certain drugs, often called 'chemsex' drugs. It's a first step to see if this treatment could be helpful.
