A Multicenter Trial Assessing the Impact of Lipoprotein(a) Lowering With Pelacarsen (TQJ230) on the Progression of Calcific Aortic Valve Stenosis

This study is looking into a new medicine called Pelacarsen (TQJ230) for a heart condition called aortic stenosis. We want to see if this medicine can slow down the stiffening and narrowing of the heart's aortic valve. Participants will get either the study medicine or a dummy pill (placebo).
