A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of AL001 in Individuals at Risk For or With Frontotemporal Dementia Due to Heterozygous Mutations in the Progranulin Gene
This study is testing a new medicine, latozinemab, for a type of frontotemporal dementia linked to a specific gene change. It aims to see if the medicine can slow down the disease and is safe to use. Half the people will get the medicine, and half will get a dummy treatment.
