Assessing the Impact of a Leucine Enriched Whey Protein vs Isonitrogenous Whey on Muscle Protein Synthetic Responses in the Rested and Acute Post Exercise States in Older Adults

This study is looking at how different protein drinks affect muscle in men over 65. We want to see if a special whey protein, enriched with a key ingredient called leucine, helps muscles grow or repair more effectively, both at rest and after exercise.
