Dasatinib and quercetin, a combination of senolytics to treat fibrotic non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; The TRUTH study
This study, called The TRUTH study, is looking at a combination of two drugs, dasatinib and quercetin, to treat a liver condition called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with scarring (fibrosis). Researchers want to see if this treatment can improve liver scarring over 21 weeks.
