A Study of Tirbanibulin Ointment and Diclofenac Sodium Gel for the Treatment of Adult Participants With Actinic Keratosis on the Face or Scalp

This study compares two skin treatments, Tirbanibulin ointment and Diclofenac gel, for actinic keratosis on the face or scalp. We want to see how well they prevent a type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma over three years.
