This study looks at how HIV medicines work in pregnant women. Researchers want to understand how the medicines are absorbed, used, and leave the body during and after pregnancy, and how they might affect babies. It's for women living with HIV who are pregnant or have recently given birth.

A Phase IIIb, multi-center, non-randomized, parallel-group, open-label, hybrid type I study evaluating the efficacy, safety, implementation effectiveness, and patient-reported outcomes of oral dolutegravir/lamivudine once-daily as a first-line regimen followed by participant-determined optional switch to long-acting intramuscular cabotegravir plus rilpivirine every two months for the maintenance of virologic suppression in antiretroviral therapy naive adults living with HIV-1.
This study looks at new ways to treat HIV-1 in adults who haven't had treatment before. It starts with daily tablets, and then some people can switch to injections every two months. The aim is to see how well these treatments work, if they're safe, and how they affect patients' lives.
