Observational Study for Assessing Treatment and Outcome of Patients With Primary Brain Tumours Using cIMPACT-NOW and 2021 WHO Classification
This study looks at how new ways of classifying brain tumours (cIMPACT-NOW and 2021 WHO) help us understand treatment and what to expect. Researchers want to see if these new classifications group patients better and lead to clearer treatment guidelines for different types of brain tumours.

Standard-Dose Combination Chemotherapy or High-Dose Combination Chemotherapy and Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Germ Cell Tumors
This study compares two chemotherapy treatments for germ cell tumours that have returned or didn't respond to previous treatment. It looks at a standard chemotherapy plan versus a stronger plan with a stem cell transplant to see which works better.

Active Surveillance, Bleomycin, Etoposide, Carboplatin or Cisplatin in Treating Pediatric and Adult Patients With Germ Cell Tumors
This study looks at how best to treat a type of cancer called germ cell tumours in children and adults. It compares simply watching the tumour after surgery with different chemotherapy treatments to see which works best and causes fewer side effects.
