A Trial to Learn if the Combination of Fianlimab, Cemiplimab, and Chemotherapy is Safe and Works Better Than the Combination of Cemiplimab and Chemotherapy in Adult Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer That Can be Treated With Surgery
This study is looking at a new drug combination for lung cancer that can be removed by surgery. It aims to see if adding Fianlimab to standard treatment (Cemiplimab and chemotherapy) works better and is safe for adults with certain types of non-small cell lung cancer.

A Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) With or Without Intismeran Autogene (V940) in Participants With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (V940-009/INTerpath-009)
This study looks at a new treatment called intismeran autogene, given with pembrolizumab, after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. We want to see if this combination stops the cancer from coming back compared to pembrolizumab alone.
