A Study of Orforglipron (LY3502970) in Adolescent Participants With Obesity, or Overweight With Related Comorbidities
This study is looking at a new once-a-day tablet, orforglipron, for teenagers (12-17 years old) with obesity or who are overweight with other health issues. It will check if the medicine helps with weight and if it's safe to use.

Efficacy and Safety of Orforglipron in Participants With Peripheral Artery Disease
This study is testing a new medicine, Orforglipron, for people with a common blood vessel problem called Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) that causes leg pain when walking. It aims to see if the medicine is safe and helps improve symptoms.

A Study of Orforglipron (LY3502970) on Cardiovascular Outcomes in Adults With Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and/or Chronic Kidney Disease (ATTAIN-Outcomes)
This study looks at a new medicine called orforglipron for people with heart disease or kidney disease. We want to see if it can improve their heart health over about five years. Half the people will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy medicine (placebo).
