This study is looking for a new way to treat a type of arthritis called radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (r-axSpA). Researchers want to see if an experimental medicine, tulisokibart, can help reduce pain, stiffness, and swelling in the spine and hips for people with this condition.

Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) Plus Pembrolizumab Versus TPC in TNBC Who Did Not Achieve pCR (MK-2870-012)
This study looks at a new drug combination, sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab, for a type of breast cancer called triple-negative. It's for patients who had initial treatment but still have some cancer cells after surgery. We want to see if this new combination helps prevent the cancer from coming back better than standard care.
