Identifying Individuals at Risk of Glucocorticoid-Induced Impairment of Bone Disease (RIGID)
This study looks at how a common steroid medicine, prednisolone, might affect bones. We’re hoping to find early warning signs in the blood that show if someone is at risk of weaker bones when taking this medicine. This could help doctors protect patients' bone health.

Interventional, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study of add-on eptinezumab treatment to brief education intervention, for the preventive treatment of migraine in patients with a dual diagnosis of migraine and Medication Overuse Headache.
This study looks at a medicine called VYEPTI for people who get frequent migraines and also over-use headache pain relievers. It compares VYEPTI plus headache education to a dummy treatment plus education, to see if VYEPTI helps reduce headache days.

Study to evaluate the addition of an experimental drug, CC-90010, to the usual treatment of brain cancer after surgery
This study is testing a new experimental drug, CC-90010, alongside standard treatments for a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. It's for adults whose brain tumour has been recently diagnosed and surgically removed, either fully or in part, to see if the new drug can help.

Effect of ultrasound guided lateral infraclavicular brachial plexus block with Lidocaine or Ropivacaine for closed reduction of distal radius fractures - A randomized controlled non-inferiority trial
This study looks at two types of numbing medicine (Lidocaine or Ropivacaine) used for reducing broken wrists. Researchers want to see if one is as good as the other in quickly numbing the area using ultrasound guidance, to help set the bone without surgery.
